They didn’t reply to your message. They didn’t invite you. Their tone felt different. They didn’t acknowledge what you did. They criticized you. They chose someone else. They seem distant, and you don’t know why.
And almost without realizing it, your mind starts asking:
“Did I do something wrong?” “Are they upset with me?” “Why did they treat me that way?” “What did they mean by that?”
Maybe five minutes go by. Maybe three days.
The other person has probably moved on with their life, but you’re still having the conversation in your head.
That’s what I want us to look at together this month.
Because what someone did is one thing. What our memories tell us it is something completely different.
“As long as you need someone to change in order to be at peace, your peace still depends on that person.”
— Mabel Katz
Does something inside say yes when you read this?
You replay conversations in your head, thinking about what you should have said.
An unanswered message can change your entire mood.
You find it difficult to hear criticism without defending yourself.
You feel rejected when someone simply sees things differently.
The moods of the people you love immediately affect your own.
You feel the need to explain your decisions so others will understand or approve of them.
In every gathering, I'll be your mentor and I'll be by your side in your transformation, walking with you step by step on this journey.
A space to stop, observe and let go.
In this class, I want to help you see the distance between what actually happened and what you interpreted it to mean.
That is where most suffering lives: not in the event itself, but in the story memory builds around it, and in what that story makes you believe about your own worth.
We’ll begin there, because once you can see that distance, everything else becomes possible: receiving criticism without letting it define you, supporting someone without carrying their mood, and creating that small space where, before answering or defending yourself, you can clean.

As long as I need you to change in order for me to be at peace, my peace depends on you.
I chose this topic because I know how easy it is to take things personally without even realizing we’re doing it.
Someone doesn’t reply to a message, and we immediately wonder if we did something wrong. Someone is in a bad mood, and we start wondering if it has something to do with us. Someone criticizes us, and we replay the conversation in our heads for days. Someone makes a decision we didn’t expect, and we feel rejected.
And many times, we suffer not so much because of what happened, but because of the story our mind created around what happened.
I’ve done this many times too. For years, I looked for approval outside of myself. I wanted to do things right. I wanted to be accepted. And of course, when you need other people’s approval, you also give their opinions, reactions, and decisions a lot of power over you.
Ho’oponopono helped me see this in a completely different way.
I learned that I cannot control what another person thinks about me. I cannot control how they react, what they say, what they do, or the decisions they make. But I can take responsibility for what gets triggered inside of me.
And for me, that’s where freedom begins.
If someone does something and I feel rejected, angry, afraid, or the need to defend myself, I don’t have to stay stuck trying to understand the other person. Instead, I can ask myself:
“What is being triggered in me that I can clean?”
That doesn’t mean allowing people to treat us however they want. And it certainly doesn’t mean that everything is our fault. Ho’oponopono is never about blame.
But when I understand that I can clean whatever is being triggered inside of me, I stop giving other people control over how I feel.
That’s why I chose this topic for our class this month.
I want us to look at all those little things we so easily take personally: a criticism, a look, a message that never came, someone who didn’t choose us, someone who didn’t react the way we expected.
And I want us to learn to recognize the difference between what is actually happening and what our memories are telling us it means.
Because not everything other people do has to do with you.
But when something affects you, it can become an opportunity to clean and choose peace instead of reacting.
And maybe the next time someone doesn’t behave the way you expected, instead of asking:
“Why did they do this to me?”
you can ask a much more freeing question:
“What can I clean in me?”

A global community, guidance, and a shared journey
What you’ll find here goes far beyond a monthly class. You become part of a global community of people who, like you, want to live with more peace, let go of what they no longer need to carry, and learn a different way of facing life’s challenges.
You are not alone on this journey
Over the years, I have seen friendships form, lives transform, and people find hope simply by realizing they were not alone. There is something very powerful about knowing that others are walking beside you, cleaning with you, and growing alongside you.
We all need guidance
I have had mentors who helped me see more clearly and reminded me to trust when it felt difficult to do so. That is why the role of a mentor is so important: not to tell you what to do, but to support you, share tools, and help you discover your own answers.
My commitment to you
I will be here for you, guiding you through this process and sharing with you what has transformed my life and the lives of thousands of people around the world.
When we have guidance, a community, and the right tools, the journey becomes much easier.
And that is what we have built together: a global movement of people committed to living with more peace, greater awareness, and more freedom.
What our members are saying
This space helps me, every day, to remember who I am and to awaken even more. The path of Ho'oponopono is a way of safety and hope in my life. Being in this community is a guiding light for me.
I've practiced Ho'oponopono for 10 years. Financially my life has changed 100%. All because I stopped worrying about money. Now I let go and trust all day long. That is also a miracle.
Since I began deepening into the method, I can't find words to describe the wonders I've experienced. This community helps me live everyday life in a much easier way.
